India can become self-reliant by promoting tech innovation through companies like Zoho, Infosys, and TCS, supporting startups with funding, mentorship, and tax incentives, developing indigenous apps, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity tools, encouraging government adoption of Indian platforms, creating national digital infrastructure, and linking universities and innovation hubs with industry. This will ensure digital sovereignty, high-value jobs, and global leadership in technology while strengthening the economy.

At present, our country remains heavily dependent on American and foreign apps, operating systems, and digital platforms. This dependence threatens both our digital sovereignty and long-term growth potential. To overcome this, India needs a “Make in India 2.0 – Tech Mission” focused on building our own ecosystem in apps, AI, cloud services, operating systems, and cybersecurity tools. Startups and young innovators should receive dedicated R&D funding, tax benefits, and incubation support. Government departments should also adopt and promote Indian alternatives to reduce foreign reliance.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेक इन इंडिया से भारत मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में मज़बूत हुआ है, लेकिन असली आत्मनिर्भरता तभी संभव है जब हम टेक्नोलॉजी में भी नंबर 1 बनें। वर्तमान में हम अमेरिकी ऐप्स और प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर निर्भर हैं, इसे ख़त्म करना होगा। भारत को अपने स्वयं के ऐप्स, ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, क्लाउड, AI और साइबर सिक्योरिटी टूल्स विकसित करने चाहिए। इसके लिए स्टार्टअप्स को विशेष फंडिंग, टैक्स छूट और सरकारी स्तर पर भारतीय विकल्पों के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाए। तभी भारत डिजिटल संप्रभुता हासिल कर दुनिया का तकनीकी नेतृत्व कर सकेगा।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम। “मेक इन इंडिया” के अंतर्गत भारत ने मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के क्षेत्र में अद्भुत प्रगति की है। लेकिन यदि भारत को सचमुच वैश्विक शक्ति बनना है तो केवल निर्माण (Manufacturing) ही नहीं, बल्कि तकनीक (Technology) में भी आत्मनिर्भर बनना आवश्यक है। आज की स्थिति यह है कि भारत मोबाइल ऐप्स, सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म्स, ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, क्लाउड सेवाएँ और साइबर सिक्योरिटी टूल्स के लिए अमेरिकी और विदेशी कंपनियों पर पूरी तरह निर्भर है। इससे हमारी डिजिटल संप्रभुता (Digital Sovereignty) और डेटा सुरक्षा दोनों प्रभावित होते हैं। मेरे सुझाव: 1. Make in India 2.0 – Tech Mission चलाया जाए, जिसमें भारतीय स्टार्टअप्स को Apps, OS, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity जैसे क्षेत्रों में प्रोत्साहन दिया जाए। 2. सरकारी स्तर पर भारतीय वैकल्पिक ऐप्स और प्लेटफॉर्म्स का उपयोग अनिवार्य किया जाए। 3. स्टार्टअप्स और युवाओं को विशेष R&D फंडिंग, टैक्स छूट और ग्लोबल एक्सपोजर दिया जाए। 4. राष्ट्रीय स्तर का App Store / Digital Ecosystem तैयार किया जाए, ताकि लोग Google/Apple पर निर्भर न रहें।
