We Indians have a habit of eating too many simple carbohydrates like maida and refined sugar.
The Glycemic Index of most Carbohydrate rich foods (except sugar) can be reduced by freezing at low temperatures for 24 hours.
Unfortunately everyone does not have a facility to do this at home.
Perhaps it could be mandated that all maida, atta and other carbohydrate rich foods be made available after such low temperature treatment.
A research project to confirm my assertion can be ordered at an IIT or two with a mandate to show results in 6 months.

Monopoly and Monespony both are dangerous to economy and mankind.
India is facing production problems because of Monopoly of HAL. We should have atleast three main integrators.
Previously OFB have monopoly. So we had faced Quantity and Quality problems.
Every citizens, institutions and organisations must have accountability, Responsibility and professionalism then demanding rights.

Respected honourable prime minister sir I A.Ramnjaneyulu junior lecturer in economics namaste request you that please accept my ideas about the development of Agricultural sector in india.
1.ACCORDING TO indian constitution development of agriculture is responsible of state governments
2.but central government also takes the part of making the policies about development of agriculture.
3.Both central and state governments are advised to frame thenew policy for surplus and waste lands cultivation for the sake of landless agriculture labours.
3.BOTH GOVERNMENTS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CULTIVATION OF WASTE & SURPLUS LANDS THROUGH THE HELP OF CORPORATE SECTORS
4.IN THIS CONNECTION GOVERNMENTS ARE GOING TO RECTUIT THE CONTRACT EMPLOYEES OR AG LABOURS ACTED AS RESPONSIBLE WORKERS WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YIELDING.
5.FROM THIS POLICY WE WERE ACHIEVED HIGH YIELDING,MANAGEMENT OF WASTE LANDS,SOLVING UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEM IN VILLAGES AND PROTECTING AGRARIAN CULTURE.

Dear PM sir,
India does not have dual citizenship and I am NRI residing in USA. It would be very helpful if your government can make amendments to allow dual citizenship like many other countries do. It will help us to contribute to india much better.
Thank you,
Abhishek Yadav

Zoho is more than just a successful SaaS company—it represents a strategic lever for India’s technological sovereignty. If scaled and supported properly, Zoho can help India reduce dependence on foreign software giants like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. 1. Reducing Import Dependence Foreign software dominance: India spends billions annually on licenses for Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools. Zoho’s alternative: With over 80+ applications (CRM, HR, finance, productivity, collaboration), Zoho offers a full-stack replacement at a fraction of the cost. Impact: Every rupee spent on Zoho instead of foreign software keeps money circulating in the Indian economy. 2. Data Sovereignty & Security, Foreign firms monetize data through ads or analytics; Zoho explicitly avoids ads and trackers. Government adoption (as seen with IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw switching to Zoho) signals a push for Swadeshi platforms that keep sensitive data within India.
