आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आज देश मे लगभग पुरे राज्य बाढ प्रभावित है और महाराष्ट्र के मराठवाडा का तो बुरा हाल है कुछ समय पहले ऐसी हाल नही होते ते कितने भी बारिश हो फिर भी जमीन व पुरा पानी अंदर खिच लेती थी पाणी खीचने का जमीन का प्रमाण हे वह ऐसा लग रहा है की कुछ कम हो गया है और जो खेत है वो तो पूरे एक एक दीड दीड फूट पाणी से भरे हुए है कृत्रिम खाद के कारण खेत की जो पाणी शोषण क्षमता है वह कम हो रही है पुराने जमाने मे गोबर का खात जादा से ज्यादा होता था और पाणीपुरी तर जमीन के अंदर शोष लिया जाता था इस पर रिसर्च होना जरुरी है

India is the best country

pm ji ne kaha ki apps banao par kai youao ke pas naye apps ki idia hai par us apps ko kaha se banaye kise banaye ye nahi pata to apps banane ka tarika saral ya kam paiso me ho jaye to India se kai apps nikal jayegi jo pure des me chalegi

Respected Sir, I think that it’s a high time to give reservation on basis of merits or grades, caste reservation will never allow India to progress and it will only result in brain drain , caste reservation is restricting intellectuals from working and studying in India , Sir please it’s a high time to move forward towards developed country Thank you Jai Hind

Dear PM, I am very sorry to say that, in India the working condition is like "Reward for not doing any work", (Example: various freebie policies, office workers who holds permanent positions and not doing any work, etc.) whereas the whole world works in opposite "Reward for doing work". In fact machine learning know this, "Reward based learning". Please make provisions to terminate someone from jobs if he is not doing any work (Obviously an algorithm should decide this, it should not be based on recommendation of some other person, then immediately that person will ask for some favour and involve in corruption). In this way you will not only create many jobs, but also the persons who are working will work sincerely if they get appropriate rewards for what they are doing. Please think about it.

Dear PM, to increase the productivity in R & D in India, please do not make permanent appointments in IITs, IISc, IISERs. Once they get appointments, most of the faculties do not work at all. Instead, make an online portal, where they can input all their achievements every 5 years. An appropriate weighted marks will be generated and then based on the marks they will be transferred to another centrally funded institute or university. For example, if the score is good they will be transferred to IISc or IIT Mumbai, but if the score is bad they will be moved to Central university of Bihar. In the online portal, remove the system of getting recommendations from HoD and other professors. This does not help at all. Also please make a provision that those who are working abroad can also participate anytime. Once they get a score, based on the score they will be given an opportunity to join some indian institute. Also there should be a provision to terminate the service if the score is low.
