Dear Modi ji, I wish govt. would conduct serious enquiries, authentic surveys with Indians recently migrated to US and other countries or have been living here for atleast a decade to gauge their perspectives of situations in India & abroad for qualitative comparison that give real ideas of why the migration, brain drain happens and highlight the gravity of situation. Or for that matter also ask the foreigners for a voluntary survey at airports while returning back from India, to know what they disliked and what are 5-10 things they found lacking (just like we do customer feedback survey for a service or product). Continued. (1/N)

Every year, lakhs of aspirants dedicate years to preparation, but only a few succeed, leaving behind a large pool of capable youth with strong analytical, policy, and administrative skills. To harness this talent, it should be made mandatory for all PSUs and Ministries to register on the UPSC Pratibha setu portal. This will ensure efficient talent utilization, faster recruitment, and greater transparency. Aspirants will gain meaningful opportunities, while organizations benefit from motivated individuals trained in public service orientation. The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) may issue directions for compulsory onboarding with a clear timeline on Pratibha Setu Portal. Ministries and PSUs showing best practices may be recognized as “Talent Champions.” This initiative will empower youth, reduce wastage of potential, and strengthen governance through inclusive participation. Jai Hind PM sir!

Respected Sir “The future of India shines in the spark of every young mind.” Innovation is the heartbeat of a strong, self-reliant nation. Though we’ve advanced in technology and space, rigid systems, limited funding, and low exposure often hold back creativity. India’s Global Innovation Index rank climbed from 81st in 2015 to 39th in 2024, yet our journey continues. Schools, colleges, and policymakers must nurture creativity through skill-based learning, mentorship, and start-up support. Programs like Atal Tinkering Labs, INSPIRE MANAK, and innovation contests empower youth, while funding, patents, and social media can reach every corner. Every idea strengthens India’s future and global leadership.

Respected Prime Minister, Hope you are doing well. It is a great pleasure to see our country arise in the global stage under your guidance. Sir, I have a sincere request from my end as a common citizen of this country. I would highly request you to focus on the civic sense of the citizens of the country. This is a national issue and it will keep the Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan from giving the anticipated fruitful results. I will highly recommend you to learn from the efforts and mistakes of other countries and change the whole ground level Eco-system. I will request you to watch this Youtube video I linked to understand what real Gen-Zs think and want on this matter. They wand direct, swift and real world impact creating policies. Thank you for reading my comment. Jai Shri Ram, Jai Hind.
