Dear Sir, the topic that I would like you to talk to the nation about is risk management. As a nation, we have been practising the same; however, we have never discussed the same in a structured manner. We begin practising Risk Management from home – we ensure that there are no sharp edges in the home for a small child, we block all the plug points at home, and we ensure that the child learns what is a good touch and what is a bad touch. Sir, we practise the same at our work place except that it becomes more structured. We need to introduce Risk Management as a part of curriculum at the beginners level so that the child is trained to react positively in case of a natural calamity or a man made accident. I teach Risk Management and Insurance to the MBA students and have seen and felt the necessity of imparting such necessary skills to everyone. # PopulationControl Respected Sir, Lot of our people are going outside India, it is clear that in India we do not have sufficient opportunities to employ all the workforce, the situation will continue and we will be more and more dependent on other countries for employment of our people. I believe one of the key problems is we have more than required people, this is due to the population growth of india. To secure jobs for future generations we need to refocus on the control of population in India. Control on illegal migration and deportation also helps and should be carried out to end. We are churning lot of people in technology field, and we do not have our own technology: I would suggest that we should provide incentives to Indian IT companies to create own own Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc. This will help utilise talent pool to #MakeInIndia and #MakeForIndia.
