The Lignite reserves in our country are estimated at around 47295.61 million Tonne (as on 01.04.2024). The major deposits are located in the State of Tamil Nadu, followed by Rajasthan, Gujarat, Union Territory of Puducherry, Jammu and Kashmir, Kerala, Odisha, and West Bengal. A proven method already exists to produce fuel oil from Lignite. India has a shortage of fuel oil. India must build up conversion plants to supplement the fuel oil by the oil yielded by processing Lignite.

Sir, It is known that, the treasury bond worth 300 billion of Russia has been frozen by the US. Also, US put forward a bargain bait of H1B Visa penalty in recent days. Why not we take public bond worth say X billion on China's treasury bond in the USA, in turn staking India's treasury bond worth X billion to China, as a matter mutual interst? If all in BRICS do this mutually, may do good altogether. Russia may also assist in this deal. I am sorry, if something wrong in the idea as I am not an economist.

We can encourage people affected by H-1B visa rule change to come to India and start new startups. Also we can give incentives to Indian IT/Technology companies to absorb this talent. In this way we can use this disadvantage in our favour.
