Please ensure social well-being of employed people also as everyone cannot generate employment. Please do needful to restrict layoff. Government should restrict companies laying off its employees from recruiting new employee. Government should ensure employers should train their employees from their profit and not by charging them from their salary. Recently, I heard HDFC bank offered to recruit talent and stated that they will give training by charging from the salary, isn't it a method of cheating, stating that they are paying salary and then deducting it in the name of training? Isn't it an exploitation of the public?

pranam, honourable prime minister shre Narendra damodardas modi je.
apke har kadam mae, ye desh ki yuva janta apke sath hai. nepal ke bhishan protest ke baad mujhe apne desh ki chinta kuch zayda hai, antrashtriya desho ki online campaigning ki vaje se dekh mae takhtapalat galat hai. apse vinti hai ki desh ka yuva bas mahilao ke rape and unki suraksha ko lekar kaffi akroshit hai.
Hamre bharat desh ki sanskriti hume aurato ki puja karna sikhata hai par aj ke same mae, aurato ki suraksha ko lekar yuva mae bhot gussa and ek jhuthta hai. aapse anurodh hai, mahilao ki suraksha ke liye naye kanun bane. taki yuva ka apki sarkar aur apke netetriv mae pura bharosa rahe.
Dhanyavaad

Honorable Prime Minister
Greetings. As India is a developing country, there are many issues that currently plague the country. I wish to bring your attention to three such issues, as well as suggest thoughtful one issue per subject, being cleanliness of public spaces, law enforcement and employment respectively. I have attached a pdf document describing the issues and the solutions. I will also post this document in a separate mode through the grievance platform, as it is slightly unclear on whether this will count as a suggestion or a grievance. It is my hope you read this and ponder on it, and make thoughtful policy changes.
Thank you
Jai Hind

Respected Sir,
The social benefit scheme and the legal protection mechanism against exploitation should be improved for the employees in the private sector. This will reduce the craze of the youth for government jobs. Also, the private sector will benefit from this. As their employees will not have to bear the extra burden of mental stress, their performance will increase. Something like "Unemployment allowance" may be introduced to the private sector employee if they lose their job for any reason. Such provision of benefits already exists in different Scandinavian countries.

Respected Sir,
In connection with the video link posted here, to become "Aatmanirbhar" in a real sense, we need to build the Indian version of all the foreign IT products and platforms that we use nowadays, like Google, Facebook, and Twitter. This is just like Flipkart is the Indian version of Amazon. If we can achieve this, our personal data will remain protected as it will be within us. And, at least in my opinion, we have enough intellect within us to achieve so.

Proposing we develop 10 greenfield mega-cities along India’s coastline, each dedicated to a critical sector—green hydrogen, solar supply chain, advanced batteries, electronics, defense, aerospace, etc.—to create global centers of innovation and manufacturing.
Estimated investment: $500 billion over 6 years (~2% of GDP/year). By leveraging Public-Private Partnerships, government spending could be limited to ~1% GDP annually. These cities are projected to generate 125–170 million direct and indirect jobs.
Funding will come from private investment, global partners like Japan and Germany, multilateral finance, and capital markets. Locations such as Vadavan Port, Mundra, Dahej, and Visakhapatnam offer strategic advantages.
This initiative aims to position India as a global technological leader, create massive employment, and build resilient, future-ready urban ecosystems.

Respected Sir,
This is for your kind information that, nowadays, a major problem in Indian academia is brain-drain. Every year, several students from various higher education institutions, particularly those from IIT, are compelled to leave the country due to a lack of opportunities. This thing is very prominent in the research sector. For this, our nation is losing its intellect in the field of science and academia. The main problem is, our national research labs are not flexible enough to select the candidates according to their eligibility. Also, due to the age bar in certain labs, well-qualified candidates are not getting entry. Hence, a paradigm shift in recruitment policy regarding the age and qualification of the candidate while recruiting them in different national laboratories is a need-of-the-hour, considering the present geopolitical scenario of the country.

Instead of just asking for a solution to a problem, suggest a program or initiative. For example, "I suggest the government launch a nationwide digital literacy campaign specifically for senior citizens, utilizing local community centers and volunteers. This would help bridge the digital divide and empower our elders.Highlighting local success stories: Share an inspiring story from your community that could be showcased to the entire country. For instance, "In my village, a group of farmers used a new organic farming technique to increase their yield by 30%. This is a great example of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat,' and I believe it should be highlighted to encourage others.Suggesting a focus on a specific policy or theme: Propose a theme for the broadcast that resonates with current events or national goals. For instance, The upcoming episode could focus on environmental sustainability, specifically on how small, local efforts like rainwater harvesting and waste help these businesses go online
