Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am suggesting following towards the aspiration of every Bharatiya dreaming of 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Viksit Bharat' by 2047 in view of recent global geo-econo-political situations including H1B -
1. E-mail portability+ home-grown e-mail client -> to be independent of global giants like Gmail/ Outlook.
2. Home-grown, robust & functional computer OS -> can be built on open source Linux / Android
3. Effective Office Suite -> can be based on open source office suites, customised to enhance capabilities
4. Infrastructure > double the pace of improvement in all sectors including R&D
5. Corruption -> stop with an iron hand.
6. Reservation -> only to financially weaker strata, not based on caste, religion, creed, language etc.
7. Agricultural tax -> if income of farmer exceeds certain value, tax must be given.
Each of us must rise to the occasion and show to the world what a resolute Bharat can achieve.
Bharat Mata ki Jai!
Regards,
Soumitra Dhali

Respected sir,
People are always confused about what to do? whom to ask? Does the information conveyed become true? when you step into the government offices either it can be a tax department including ( water, electricity, house, income etc) or different departments like banks issues like kyc, demonetisation, account opening or it may be private or government colleges where you need to take admission, deal with lots and lots of paper work for admission fees approval, bank account opening, challan making bla bla bla.
And no one is an entertainer there?
it's the need to install scanners for all your queries and doubts like the one held in the microwave oven for recipes , mode of cooking, continental dish, bakery, indian cuisine and lots of options are available by "Tag on scanner technology"? so we need that for transparency .It helps to reduce corruption, as the availability is not "only" in the hand of "officials" appointed there.for eg notary ₹15 -₹200 sold for ₹800- ₹ 1000 .

Respected sir,
I am graduated in electronics and telecommunication in 2018, taken online degree in data science in 2024 but not able to apply for PMRF fellowship, what should I do?
Is it mandatory to take admission for PhD and then the college refers you for fellowship?
what if I don't want to do phd? because it's a continuous loop like 1) do phd 2) apply for postdoc 3) go abroad for postdoc experience 4) return india and apply apply and apply for a professor in xyz college?
The link is not able to open on PMRF site.
And what is the ratio of research outcomes from the TOP level institution? only crores and crores of investment from gov but a small limited outcome?
It's the need to take audit of the projects held on these institutions and loyalty is on stake.
Education scam is held in most of the cream colleges, as both the transmitter and receiver believes in money oriented approach. It's the biggest issue in upcoming yrs. how to deal with it and with mind of self and society. CFBR

Respected sir, many patients who come from different states of India sometimes meet with an accident and get admitted in govt hospital. On many occasions even after weeks of being admitted in Hospital, no relatives come for them and they remain unknown. kindly develop one government mobile based application where hospitals could put the photographs of the patients and through which their loved one can easily find them. Sometime despite informing the relatives no one comes for them. kindly open some institution where they can stay after discharge from hospital. I have seen many patients become ill after discharge from hospital due to lack of social support.
