Respected sir, just like AIIMS in every state of India. there should be "ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF REHABILITATION" in every state of India. Me and my colleagues treat many patients of Trauma. unlike other trauma, Brain traumas are being treated in Hospital but to restore the functional aspect of those patients long time REHABILITATION is required. Similarly patients of brain hemorrhage due to hypertension or other cases need to prolong REHABILITATION. Treating hospitals have few beds where all patients can't be admitted for months. so, it's high for you to establish REHABILITATION centers. Thousands of unknown patients get treatment every day in all hospitals of India. But patients with head injury patients can remember anything including their address or phone number of relatives. Such patients remain like that for months because such patients take months to recover. It's difficult to discharge them despite the fact that they are walking talking.Develop some mechanism to address this.

Respected Prime minister of Bharat, you have always inspired me a lot. There are a few problems i have identified which need your attention. Point 1: There is no common platform where Medical specialists, Engineers and entrepreneurs can share their views together. For example : There are many medical equipment like low cost "Programmable Ventriculi perito shunt" which I can design but I don't know which innovator or entrepreneur to tell my idea. commercially available foreign shunt cost around 1 lakh rupees and we put thousand of such shunt every year in my institute. So basically, our country needs one conference where the Medical , engineer and funding agency come together. point 2: People of India are dying because of common diseases like malaria , Tb and rare disease like brain tumors. Every day patients and healthcare workers are fighting with each other. The solution is to make one scientifically accurate and real life cases based medical web series should be made.
