respected prime minister of India , Sir , this is sathwik tenali from Andhra Pradesh India I am glad to share my views with great people like you sir according to my knowledge i have a suggestion for stop correption and injustice to people . sir here the main reason for this problem was the people are less aware of there Rights and legal literacy . when the people get awareness they question the injustice and it make officials more accountable to there and there is the way to development of the country , so we can start getting awareness to the people from the school level because when we start teaching about the legal rights from there school level in there books they will learn it and question the injustice and they can do there work in legal way This will make our country to develop more quickly . Sir I hope my suggestion would helpful and reach you sir If I have spoken anything wrong I am sorry Thank you Jai Shri Ram I hope this

To, Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji Government of India, New Delhi Subject: Request for solving the problems of temporary employees working in schools and hostels Hon'ble Prime Minister, Regards. I regularly listen to your "Mann Ki Baat" program and constantly get inspiration from it. Seeing the progress of the country under your leadership, I believe that if the problems of the common citizen reach the right platform, then their solution is definitely possible. Therefore, I want to draw your attention to the difficulties of temporary (casual) employees working in schools and hostels. Main problems 1️⃣ Excessive delay in salary - sometimes not paid for months. 2️⃣ No transparent record of tenure and working days. 3️⃣ More work than expected, but no official mention. 4️⃣ Need for repeated complaints for salary and rights. Suggestions for solution ✔ A national level online portal should be created. Contact number= 8305806918 name=Ishwar Vasure

Most of the avenue trees in cities are ornamental. But even 30 ,/ 40 years back we could find many native fruits bearing trees along the roads that we walk through. For children those trees offered nourishment through their fruits and also places for adventure. Now in their absence children snacking on unhealthy fried food. Planting native fruits bearing trees in our avenues will bring in healthy behavioural change among us , to go for snacking on fruits and also affordable access to healthy food. Also our street design needs to incorporate placing benches along so that senior citizens can rest their legs in between their walking routine. In fact these benches will encourage more and more seniors to come out and be in fresh air and also socialise and do some healthy walking routine instead of bound inside homes.

Dear Modi ji! I just returned from a visit to Kollengode in Kerala! There the local villagers have created/ set up a lovely flower garden with rows of basic flowers like Zhendu / Marigold and other with an elephant made of Fibre. There were around a 100 visitors when I visited. This is open to all visitors at a nominal charge oif Rs 20 to Rs 40 per person. The same idea can be replicated easily in all major villages (near Metros) across the Country! This will help generate revenues for the local Panchayat.

There is an urgent need to ensure redistribution of wealth and to try and reach it to the villages. One good way of doing this is to allocate free Govt land/ office space for villagers to come and sell their handicrafts in main cities across the country! There are so many good crftsmen across the country who cannot survive just because nobody knows about them and also nobody reaches out to them! If such a facility combined with free train/bus travel is permitted to them they can easily come and sell their handicrafts at good margins in the cities where the money is there. They should also be provided with asistance in the form of marketing professional who will help them fix reasonable prices for their handicrafts. Also interpreters, if needed, in case they dont know Hindi or the local language! (Example: Moradabad makes wonderful and cheap Brass artefacts but by the time they reach Metros the prices are 300%. These can sold directly at maybe 150 to 200% of their cost by the villegers)
