Suggestion for Maan ki Baat: Take up the issue of Cyber Scams/Cybercrime. 1. SIM Card Misuse: Easy availability of SIMs fuels cybercrime. Laws may: o Limit SIMs per person to 3. o Allow only 1 free SIM; others chargeable. 2. Penalties for Misuse: o If a SIM is used in scams or spam, restrict user to 1 SIM for 3 years. o Software checks to flag individuals with over 3 SIMs for verification. 3. Fraudulent SIM Issuance: o Strict action against agents issuing SIMs using fake IDs. o Block IDs and SIMs linked to fraud. New SIMs only after police clearance. 4. Call to Action: Launch Operation Stop Scam to target scammers and those enabling them—like Operation Sindoor did for instigators.

निवडणूक खरं खोटं भाग तीन - त्यामुळे मतदान करतांना सर्वसामान्य नागरिक, तेथील मतदान करून घेणारे निवडणूक कर्मचारी यांच्यात विनाकारण नावं शोधण्यावरून गोंधळ होतो काहीं वेळा तर वादावादीही होत असते, आता आपलं नावं दुसऱ्याचं कोणत्या तरी बिल्डिंग मध्ये असणं हे सुद्धा एक चुकीचं आहे, माझ्या ज्ञानाप्रमाणे कोणत्याही स्टॅन्ड अलोंन यंत्राला म्हणजे ज्यात कोणतीही इतरत्र बाहेर कम्युनिकेशन होईल अशा IC यांची अंतर्गत मांडणी म्हणजेच जोडणीची सोय केलेली नसेल अशा कोणत्याही यंत्रात प्रत्यक्षात हार्डवायरची जोडणी केल्याशिवाय त्या यंत्रात कोणालाही कोठूनही कोणताही बदल करता येत नाही, आता यांत अजून एक सूचना किंवा मार्ग की मतदान केल्यावर त्याच्या मतदानाची खरी पोच पावती म्हणून VVPAT मध्ये पडणाऱ्या प्रिंटची एक प्रतच मतदारांना देण्यांत यावी म्हणजे दूध का दूध व पानी का पानी होईल व त्यानंतर सर्व शंका कुशंका काढणाऱ्यांना काहीच करता येणार नाही, सुयोग्य विचार करून किंवा त्यातील जाणकार, तज्ज्ञांची मदत घेऊन कार्यवाही व्हावी म्हणजे याला कायमचा आळा घालता येईल, कोणताही गैरसमज करून न घेता सुयोग्य कार्यवाही व्हावी ही नम्र विनंती

निवडणूक खरं खोटं भाग दोन मतदारांचं नांव वाढविणे, नावात दुरुस्ती, पत्ता बदल, वगैरें जे काहीं करावयाचं असेल त्यासाठी ECI नं वेग वेगळी विभागणी करून त्या सर्वासाठी मेल ID द्यावेत त्यांवर नागरिक आपली माहीती भरतील व तो मेल फक्त आणि फक्त ECI च्या कडे जाईल त्यांवर जी जी काहीं माहीती, फेरफार वगैरें याची खात्री करून म्हणजे सुयोग्य तपासणी करून फक्त आणि फक्त ECI चे अधिकृत अधिकारीच मुख्य मतदार यादीत त्यांची नावं वाढविणे, नावं किंवा पत्ता बदल यांच्यात जे काहीं फेरफार करावयाचे असतील ते निवडणूक अधिकारीच अपलोड करतील इतर कोणासही त्यांत ऑनलाईन पद्धतीनं फेरफार किंवा कोणतेही बदल करता येणार नाहीत, प्रत्येक बिल्डिंग, सोसायटीचा पत्ता त्या त्या मतदारांसाठी वेगवेगळे ECI च्या भाषेत सेक्शन म्हणजे विभाग करावेत, काहीं मतदारांची नावं स्वतःच्या बिल्डिंग किंवा सोसयटीचा विभाग नसल्यामुळे इतर आजू बाजूच्या यादीत गेलेली आहेत, यामुळे इतर बिल्डिंग सोसायट्या यांच्या याद्या त्यांच्या क्षमतेपेक्षा फुगलेल्या दिसतात, बऱ्याच नागरीकांना आपल्या बिल्डिंग, सोसायटीच्या नावाचा विभागच सापडत नाही उर्वरित पुढील भाग तीन मध्ये -

निवडणुकांवरील खरे खोटे मतांची हेराफेरी, मतचोरी वगैरें होणारे समाज माध्यमाद्वारे दावे रोज रोज समाज माध्यमांवरील मतचोरी ऐकून आता सर्वसामान्य जनतेला नुसता कंटाळाचं नव्हे तर वीट आला आहे, यांत दुसरी महत्वाची गोष्ट ECI बद्दल शंका कुशंका निर्माण होत असून अनेक सर्वसामान्य नागरिक चलबिचल होत आहेत, आता ECI ला एक नम्र विनंती करावीशी वाटते की ECI आपली मतदार यादीची एक छापील प्रत सर्व मतदार संघात ECI च्या अधिकृत निवडणूक कार्यालयात उपलब्ध करावी आणि सर्व नागरिकांसाठी ऑनलाईन पहाण्यासाठी READ ONLY अशा फक्त वाचता येईल अशीच वाचनीय स्वरूपातच ECI च्या पोर्टल वर उपलब्ध करावी, ज्यांना ज्यांना पहावयाचे असेल ते आपापल्या जवळील निवडणूक कार्यालयात किंवा स्वतःच्या व्यक्तिगत नोंदलेल्या मोबाईल वरून फक्त आपली नोंद पाहू शकतील, ज्यांच्याकडे मोबाईल नसतील किंवा ते वापरण्यास असमर्थ असतील त्यांना ECI च्या अधिकारी किंवा ECI चे अधिकृत प्रतिनिधी असतील त्यांनाच त्यांच्याशी निगडित असलेल्या क्षेत्रातील माहीती पाहण्याची किंवा त्या नागरीकांना दाखविण्याची परवानगी द्यावी, उर्वरित पुढील भाग दोन मध्ये -

Basically the government portal should be available everywhere and a helpline no. should also introduce every individual can send photo or text their problem on Government portal and nearest authorities would be assigned to solve the following problem. If problem is not solved within 7 days the higher authorities would be informed about that problem so basically within 15 days the problem should be solved. This would help to contribute in the development of our country and the unemployed youth may also get a chance to participate in this mission to solve the problem of our people.
