आगामी त्योहारों को देखते हुए निम्न सम्मिलित किये जाने का अनुरोध सभी निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखें । देखा गया है कि हम निर्माण के समय कई बार छोटी छोटी बातों को नजरअंदाज कर देते हैं । अभी नवदुर्गा चल रही है और दशहरा दीवाली त्योहार आने वाले हैं । हमें ध्यान रखना है कि त्योहारों के उत्साह में निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता ना हो । विशेषकर उन निर्माण कार्यों में जहाँ सीमेंट का उपयोग किया गया है वहाँ तकनीकी मापदंडों के अनुसार त्योहारों में भी तराई जैसे आवश्यक कार्य सुचारू रूप से चलते रहें , जिससे किये गए कार्य की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जा सके । अभी तराई में की गई लापरवाही पूरे निर्माण कार्य को कमजोर कर देगी जबकि सही समय और तरीके से की गई तराई में कोई ज्यादा राशि खर्च नहीं होती है कारण - मैंने अनुभव किया कि जब कोई त्योहार समीप होता है तब निर्माण कार्य से संबंधित सभी, अपने ग्रह स्थान चले जाते हैं, ठेकेदार सीमेंट संबंधित निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण करने के बाद शुरू के 3-4 दिन तराई की कोई व्यवस्था ही नहीं करते
