Respected Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Namaskar. I am writing with deep respect to share a policy proposal titled “National Fitness Incentive Scheme (NFIS)”, which I have attached for your kind consideration. At 38 years of age, I have recently experienced first-hand how important fitness is to productivity and well-being. Until two months ago, I was not very fit. But after making a conscious effort to exercise and stay active, I feel a remarkable improvement in my energy levels, efficiency, and overall productivity. This personal transformation has convinced me that if similar efforts are encouraged across the nation, it can lead to a healthier and stronger India. The attached proposal outlines how an incentive-based framework—through tax benefits, insurance rewards, workplace wellness programs, and community fitness infrastructure—can motivate citizens to adopt active lifestyles.

NAMASTE MODI JI I AM FROM ANDHRA PRADESH WORKING AS ENERGY SECRETARY IN TWO DEPARTMENTS i.e, APSPDCL AND SACHIVALAYAM. I RECRUITED IN 2019 . TOTAL APSPDCL RECRUIT 7300 LINEMANS . IN 7300 AROUND 200 LINEMANS WERE DIED DUE TO ELECTRICAL ACCIDENTS AND 150 LINEMANS WERE INJURED WHILE WORKING. TILL NOW DON'T NO WHERETHER WE ARE WORKING UNDER APSPDCL OR GOVERNMENT SACHIVALAYAM. WE MARK ATTENDANCE IN BOTH DEPARMENTS. BUT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS ARE THERE FOR SACHIVALAYAM EMPLOYEES BUT NOT FOR US. BUT SALARY IS GIVEN ON THE DEPEND UPON ONLINE ATTENDANCE , BUT IN ONLINE ATTENDANCE THE APSPDCL DEPARTMENT SHOW HOLIDAYS BUT NOT GIVEN TO THE LINEMANS. WE ARE WORKING 24/7 WITH THE REGULAR LINEMANS , BUT WE GOT LESS SALARY COMPARED TO REGULAR APSPDCL LINEMANSAND NO HOLIDAYS TO US. PLAESE DO JUSTICE TO THE ENERGY SECRETARIES (JUNIOR LINEMANS) WHO WORKING IN ANDHRA PRADESH AS YOU POINT OUT OUR PROBLEM AND DISCUSS IN MANKI BAD PROGRAM . AND SHOW SOLUTION TO THE 7300 LINEMANS , SAVE US FROM WORK PRESSURE.

Smart Helmet for Fire Rescue: Seeing Through Smoke to Save Lives My idea is to create a smart helmet or wearable device that helps people escape safely during fire emergencies, especially when thick smoke blocks visibility. The helmet would use heat sensors to detect living beings, sound sensors to pick up cries or movement, and AI-powered 3D imaging to reconstruct the surroundings in real time. A small screen or heads-up display inside the helmet would show a clear escape path, identifying obstacles like furniture and walls. This would allow rescuers and civilians to “see” through smoke, navigate safely, and save lives.

honourable, prime minister I Have Some Respect For India Army Nation And Mann Ki Baat Indian Army – Pride of the Nation The Indian Army is not just a military force; it is the heartbeat of Bharat Mata, the soul that protects the nation’s borders day and night. From the icy heights of Siachen to the deserts of Rajasthan, from the dense forests of the Northeast to the challenging terrains of Ladakh, our soldiers stand tall with unmatched courage and determination. People often say, “Jab hum chain ki neend so rahe hote hain, tab humare jawan sarhad par jaagte hain.” This one line beautifully captures the sacrifice of the Indian Army. They face the harshest weather, the deadliest enemies, and yet, with a smile on their face, they ensure that 1.4 billion Indians live in peace. thanks 🙏🏻
