Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I want to draw your attention towards decreasing CIVIC SENSE in India. Please do conduct CIVIC SENSE WORKSHOPS in INDIA in which we could learn about our duties towards nation, society and our responsibilities for cleaniness. And to make it compulsory for every citizen, we can have e-certificates which would be a part of official process such as in aadhar card etc..It should be conducted once in a year both in online and offline mode. It will increase awareness of citizens. Also, involving the citizens in the process such as 'cleaniness drive' which would be compulsory for all. I think it is citizens who should also learn to manage and take care of the services, the new trains become red, the roads become piles of garbage.
