1. To attract FDI, allow them to set up unit specific international zones with same tax and other rules as in SEZ plus flexibility to choose applicable commercial / economic / migration of skilled workers laws under MoU with GoI / States. They will feel at home with reduced risks. But make this facility subject to FIPB approval.
2. Invite global tenders from Universities / R & D labs / Industry to set up knowledge hubs for education, training and research. Incentivize them with State support.
3. To enhance people participation in Govt decision making and accountability, mandatorily use mobile based technology

if under graduate college children can adopt one municipal school child for 3 years and teach them a subject designed specially for taking their positive ideas to bring a change in any field where they are facing problems. This will help college students in starting their own start ups because they have inter acted with children at the ground level. The student should submit a thesis on what they gained and their suggestions on their 3 year experience. May be they can even get a few marks for it

Dear PM Sir, I highly appreciate your efforts for connecting with common people through "Man Ki Baat. " We all are very upset with behaviour of opposition parties who disrupt functioning of Parliament. They all the time spread wrong information trying to set a false nerrative. My suggestion is to built a strong team to counter such false nerratives pushed by opposition parties and also educate people of India specially youth about our glourious history. Regards

Apprenticeship
1 year 8 months ago
Apprentices at Indian Oil Corporation Limited are requesting a change to the apprenticeship program. They believe the current program is ineffective because the skills learned may not be directly applicable to future employment.
The letter proposes a model similar to the Agniveer program:
* 25% of apprentices should be eligible to become permanent employees.
* Selection could be based on an inter-departmental test or performance reviews.
* Potential positions could include clerical roles within the company.
The apprentices are requesting Prime Minister Modi to consider these changes to the apprenticeship policy

Respected PM sir, since there is no much use through the awareness programs on single use plastic, can the government bring in policy to stop manufacturing of single use plastic covers. And instead of manufacturing plastic covers, the manufacturing units can start making bags made of cloth or plant based materials that are environment friendly and re-usable. Thank you.
