There should be zero tolerance for corruption in the country particularly by the public officials (government or public sector employees), MPs, MLAs, MLCs; et al, etcetera. But, the corrution has been normalized in India and corruption is the new normal and taken for granted. All Governments in the country whether Central and all States should have zero tolerance and strict compliance, prosecution and punishment for those indulging in corruption. The corruption in India flows from the top particularly by the leaders / politicians and government bureaucracy / babus. Electoral corruption at the time of elections by the candidates / parties spending many times (even 100 X) the limit imposed on election expenses under the RP Act / EC. Though there is limit imposed on the candidates but there is no limit on political parties for election expenses. Due to this loophole, money flows like water at the time of elctions during the electioneering, election campaigns; et al, etcetera.

Every government employee has to take an exam every three years to check how much experience and skill he has gained in the job, especially if he will stay in the job for the next three years. He can sit this exam again after three years. If he succeeds in that test, he will be on the job again so that everyone will take their work very seriously and do it very well.

Every private company is trying to outsource more work to third parties while keeping their own employees less. There is no guarantee of performance of third party employees. And there is no guarantee that they will be working as they please and how long they will have a job. Take a look at this so that no company can outsource work to any third party in its area, all work must be done by its own employees, and if work is to be done by third parties, it must be brought in from outside. No employee shall be a third party employee except for project work within the company.

The main problem is faced by boys and girls of 12-18 years of age visiting p#rnographic sites from Google which should be banned in such a way that they won't be able to access private search engines like brave , duckduckgo, brave and opera and others etc .

Every government employee has to undergo an army training for a fixed period of six months to three years to join various posts according to their qualifications while joining government jobs. This will increase the number of trained soldiers in our army and they can be used in the battlefield if needed. After training in army they will develop love for a country and they will show more interest to work for the country.

It is suggested that the government should impose tax or tax more on purchasing a second, third and so on a new car or a new second, third and so on house. That is second car can be taxed more, third car can be taxed even more than the second car purchase and so on, i.e. each new further purchase of second, third and so on new car and each new purchase of second, third and so on new home / house / property; in own name; should be taxed more and more. This will earn the government important revenue to fund development of infrastructure in the country or to cross subsidise basic amenities to the poor people, below poverty line (BPL) persons / families and for improving and creating better health and education facilities like free higher education to meritorious individuals or providing free health facilities including diagnosis, treatment, medicines, hospitalisation, OPD, IPD services under the ABDM or aushman bharat digital health mission to improve health of citizens of country, etc.
