Dear PM, O ! For want of Amrut of Article 243 R despite Amrutmahotsav the Cantonments are still Pre Independence Colonies which are Remnants of Servitude to Company Bahadur through Orders dated 12 Sep 1836 of Lord Auckland & to the British Crown in adopting 50% Indian Participating Cantonment Board instead of Ram Rajya by Democratic Municipalities with 💯 % Elected Representatives. Transformation is feasible by just transplanting Article 243 R for Composition of Democratic Municipalities in place of Section 12 of the Cantonments Act 2006 for composition of Armocratic Cantonment Board which is Regressive Imitation of British Cantonments Act 1924. Otherwise overnight merger with adjoining Municipalities may be made.

Can we do something for Indian transport system.as a one at national level, state level, city level , intercity level
like collecting data for festivals, seasons and tourist spots so that we can make necessary arrangements in public transport system so that middle class and Poor's also explore India or visit native places at important events.
railways
airways
road ways
waterways
also make it affordable and usable with best technology and comfort. this data and it's analysis can help up to create job manage cost and time effectively prioritise and much more

Honourable and Respected Sir,
I am Shikha mother of son Ansh who is born with a rare disease called Prader Willi Syndrome.I am also running a parent support group for parents like me from all over India and I am a part of the advocacy committee of Organisation of Rare Diseases India.Life is not easy and we parents have many agendas to discuss. However, I would like to ask you that why don’t our children have right to Medical Insurance facilities. only because they are disabled they have no right to get medical insurance for common infection or any hospitalisation even though it has nothing to do with their disability or disorder. As if our suffering is not enough. There should be financial aid and government support towards disability insurance and disability pension.

Hon'ble Prime minister Sir, This is a great opportunity and a platform where we all the people of maa Bharti could access and can speak to our great Prime Minister sir " the person who is sitting on the highest official ".
Respected sir , i am a Advocate practicing in Dwarka Court Delhi , i have seen, there are various heinous crime done by the criminal or the antisocial element and after two three years they get bail easily and now come out from the prision and scaring other people too..
I request you specially Sir , our Law should be revised and should be more strong to avoid the crime rate in our country . Also revisions should be made with more strong law against the culprits.
With most respectfully and humbly Respected Sir , i am submitting this .
Thanking you once again for listening , arranging time in your busy schedule for all of us .
Regards
Akhilesh kumar Pandey

UGC and ICAR both are government bodies inspite of this students passing from UGC accredited colleges are not allowed to get admission, benefits, fellowships from the ICAR and they are also not allowed for the examinations by ICAR.
If both of them are government bodies then what is the need to get accredation from both of the organisations. What about the future of the students who are passing with the good results but are not eligible for ICAR due to the lack of accredation of the college (which is accredated by UGC).
