Dear primeminster sir....
I am submitting my suggestion for first time...recently in news papers it was mentioned that in USA almost 2 lakh employees were laid off in software industry...outbof which 30% are Indians
Under ur leadership our country has stepped towards digitalisation ..but i feel that skilled employees are required in govt dept as present employees are unable to resolve the public issues at faster rate..
My suggestion is can't we invited those skilled employees of indian origin who have been laid off in FOREIGN countries to avail their services for improving our digitalisation systems in govt dept

Dear Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir,
This Republic Day, let us wish for a tomorrow where we grow to achieve the best for us, and for India through this people-centric Government. Sports has always been an integral part of our country. We have been world champions in diverse disciplines such as cricket, hockey, kabaddi, chess, wrestling, badminton, billiards, and more. But there have been times when we have also lost, only to rise again and play to win another day. In sports, it is not just success that matters. Equally important is how one deals with loss or failure — when one has to come back and play again the next day, with the same enthusiasm and energy.
Tapping talent at the grassroots level and giving them a supportive environment where they can learn, try, fail and triumph are of paramount importance.
With warm personal regards
Yours sincerely,
M R Nayak

After clearing of any govt. Exam by any candidate there should be a option to take a gap of 2-3 years for pursuing his/her dream that he is best in like any startup of any higher grade job or for studies with his job secured at back end ,that is assured for him in case he/she not being able to get success in that. In this way we can bring up the actual talent of the candidate which is now only focussing on his job security for his subsistence and he remains tapped in that job cycle by surpassing his actual capabilities. This can also help boost startup and promote less dependency on on govt. Services as youngsters can get chance to work on their real talent with no tension of job as it is assured for them meanwhile this time period.

Our Beloved Sir
Greetings and gratitude for what you are doing for our country. As i am a teacher in a pvt school i would like to draw your attention on two facts.
1. There should be rules and fixed pay structure for all private schools.
2. Calculator should be allowed to students in 12 boards as too long calculations are very tedious and time taking as well.
