Sir I am a normal person who does not qualify to give you any advice at all. However, i would like to express some of my views here: The population in India is increasing day by day and their demands are increasing at an even higher rate. A possible solution could be : " 1 family, 1 child" scheme whereby families who bear one child are granted extra privileges. Presently, the job opportunities for today's youth are limited. The number of PSC graduates are shooting up and job vacancies are not filled. Hence, it must be ensured that the youth get adequate job opportunities. This is because the youth are the ignited minds of the nation, as said by the former honorable President APJ Abdul Kalam. Providing a piece of land for each individual for agricultural purposes may help with thus. This can be introduced under a new scheme which can awaken a new life in them. And we can move back towards the agrarian life
