Special funding must be allocated for infrastructure and basic amenities in the cities that drive the nation's GDP growth. Despite generating substantial revenue, these cities are often compelled to rely on state government funds for essential needs such as road maintenance and the salaries of frontline workers.Adequate drainage systems, robust road networks, and the welfare of frontline workers are crucial prerequisites for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of a city. The Central and State governments should allocate a special fund—equivalent to 1 to 2 percent of the total tax revenue generated by these urban centers—directly to the respective local bodies governing these cities.Access to this special funding should be contingent upon the Mayors of metropolitan areas and the Chairpersons of municipalities being directly elected by the people.Metropolitan areas frequently sustain extensive damage during times of disaster. It is imperative that normalcy be restored .

Respected Sir/Madam, India has a very large livestock population, and many villages can produce gobar gas from animal waste for cooking fuel. If the Government promotes biogas units strongly in rural areas, villages can become more self-reliant and reduce dependence on LPG. I suggest that for one month, the Government bear the full cost of gobar gas units for consumers who build them during that period. This can encourage rapid adoption, reduce pressure on the LPG market, lower import bills, save foreign exchange, improve sanitation, and provide organic manure for agriculture. I kindly request the Government to consider this proposal in the national interest. Thank you for giving me this opportunity

Government should start making bunkers in every city so as to protect citizens from attacks and should deploy anti missiles air defence systems system in every state and should buy more S400 or other defence systems like thad defence.
