Cont...... After Surgery /resection of cancer radiation therapy is done in almost all cases that increase significant mortality or disability in patient and they live compromised life thereafter.
Economic Burden - As per Study of Akshdeep Singh Chauhan and published in Asia Pacific journal of cancer in 2019, average cost of treatment per patient is 70 to 90 thousand, and we talk about inflation present cost will be near about 2 lac per patient. By 2040 we will have 6 to 7 lac new case of head and neck cancer and cost will be 5 to 6 lac per patient will be 3,50,000 million and that will huge burden on economy.
Way forward.: Extensive measures for prevention and early detection are required
1. Awareness regarding harmful effect of tobacco products and if possible total ban on use of these product
2. Extensive screening of population
last but not least
ECONOMIC BURDERN OF TREATMENT OF CANCER WILL BE MORE TAN REVENUE OF GOVT FROM TOBACCO PRODUCTS

Each and every child has to go training of Militry from class 9 to 12 for one month each year during summer vacation so that each and every citizen of our country must be trained to protect the country and stand for country during war crise and internal disturbance to safe guard the each and every area or corner of our Nation.
“Introduce structured national service training (including basic defence awareness, disaster management, first aid, and discipline) for students, with optional advanced military training for interested individuals.”
Each and every citizen must be well trained to protect the nation as per their interst area. It may be defence, safety, managing crisis. Citizens can learn first aid, disaster response, and crisis management (very useful during floods, earthquakes, etc.
Shared training experiences can strengthen a sense of responsibility toward the country.
In extreme situations, trained civilians could support authorities.
NCC (National Cadet Corps) expansion .

Sir, I want to draw your attention to increasing burden of Cancer of Head & Neck Region that includes cancer of oral cavity and larynx and pharynx. Sir if we talk about burden of Head & Neck Cancer, there will be 2.1 million new cancer cases by 2040 that it is approximate 57% rise from 2020 (As per GLOBOCAN -2020) and out of 2.1 million 30% will be Head & Neck Cases.
3. Sir if we talk about ethology or cause of most of head & neck cancer that affects Oral Cavity, Larynx, pharynx are use of tobacco products in smokeless/ smoking form, use of pan masala and use of alcohal.
4. Once patient suffered from cancer the overall 5 year survival is 38 to 40% only and most of cases in our country report for treatment in advance stage.
