Respected Modi Ji, This is my second appeal on the subject of looking into the status of existing only III-V semiconductor foundry of India, GAETEC, Hyderabad established by DRDO but struggling to survive anidst so much of hype of government support for semiconductor manufacturing India. When we see Ashvini Vishnav ji holding Si based chips claiming them to be the first in India it gives us pain as we have produced many such firsts but were never appreciated. The parent department DRDO has no idia how to sustain this strategic asset which was dreamed by visionaries like Dr. V.S. Arunachalam and Dr. Kalam. We are pleading you to immediately interject and suport this natinal asset from going into oblivience.
