Incidents of Cyber Crime is a main obstruction of Digital India Project. We need to take strict actions to prevent such of crimes where poor or aged peoples are main victims. We put restriction on the account which appears on layer 1 transaction but fraudsters are using multiple accounts in different banks of a same person. Hence, NCCRP should have sufficient information based on KYC documents and should put restrictions on every accounts of all banks if single account come on 1st layer. Now, fraudsters are using POS Terminal to convert disputed amount into cash. Cyber Police Station should take appropriate action against those business entities. Local Authorities must verify business entities before issuing any incorporation certificate. Some peoples are giving their account as rent. Authorities should take necessary action to prevent this and it should be highlighted in front of media.
