pranam Modi ji, I am 72 years now and observing since childhood that Bribe is mandatory to get any work done in Judiciary starting from Patwari to Distrct court where majority of work of general people is done. If you don't give than in 5 year and more than 25 dates you can not get succession certificate as in my case in district Court gaziabad. I am sure I may not get in my life as letter written to PM,CM and Judiciary platforms have failed. i know Modi hai to Mumkin hai.
