This proposal will generate thousands of jobs as well which will bring down the unemployment level significantly. 2) Several persons holdig P.hD in various disciplines are serving as temporary faculty in several Universities or many years, getting a paltry sum as honorarium every month. The services of those with 10 years or more of service can be regularised initially. 3) The Union government can explore the feasibility of launching Coaching Centres with state of the art infrastructure and talented faculty in every State capital. Candidates from downtrodden strata of society can be imparted training for various jobs.
