Largest Population in india depends upon on agriculture its back bone but neglected by so many decades. we have sufficient land our farmer can grow more and power to make this country become food exporter . but it is not going to happen due to false policy ,water management . farmer does not required samman nidhi they need sufficient water availabilty in their farm. They need scientifically storrage facilitties. Transport facilities, Export facilities. 120 crore people cant be depend on food import in future Govt investing on Expressways why cant be govt layed water pipelines parralal to this expressway . we have Roads from Himalayal to Desserts every vilage Millions of Acre Land barren due to not availbility of water millions of gallons water going wastage in rivers and dams why no central planning on water management by Jal shakti Mantraalaya and States NoWater Management from flood affected area to less rain affected area just because Industries need cheap labour

Do we know Life Insurances Corporation is a loot corporation? Why, they quietly stop paying annuity to millions of people when their life certificate expires (5 years) with no intimation to customers (no SMS, no email, nothing). Even when some customer notices it they may not have all the details to go back to LIC and in many cases the old annuity policy numbers are not even in their system. Respected PM , I would like to attract your attention on corruption in pan india. it is slowing down development of nation and the goverment efforts, Tax Payer Money and nation power going wastage in many stages. now its becoming nexus of legal corruption but no one want to discuss it and dare to absolute it. I have a only 1% surity you might think about it but be a citizen of this mother land i would suggest few steps to some how corruption would be in slow pace only. it is true weather Central Govt or State Govt most of the work is doing through Contract. every Contract have some warranty or quality assurance of services for some periods depends upon the items or nature of work/services Govt paying taxpayer money on these contracts but its not being done in such quality or specification and durable every one knows. Govt should implement 50 % payment of contract wuld be pay after 04 yrs later with Rate of interest . till time quality work woluld checked by user
