The dashboard is a representation of information as generated from multi domain operations which is a very large data. It also shows us that there is a possibility that it can present the data or informatics to the dashboard in a manner that changes OODA.If the observation and orientation differs then decision and action will also change significantly.

Dear Prime Minister Sir, Just now I heard your speech in Rajya Sabha. I had also heard your speech in lok sabha also. Many thanks Sir. Sir your speech was absolutely reassuring. Sir this is what a leader of the country who thinks about the wellbeing of its citizens does by reassuring them after laying the bare facts of how the time to come may be challenging and how we have taken steps to overcome those challenges.Sir, this will dispel any rumour mongering by any people. The common man to the last man would have understood your speech and also felt reassured the there is not much to worry even though the coming times may be tough because you and your government have take proactive steps to mitigate any difficulties. Respected and Honorable PM ji, Namaste. Waste to energy is a trending topic for good reason. I want to bring forward a proposal that converts non recyclable/hard to recycle plastic waste to valuable fuel oil with multiple uses - direct use as industrial fuel, capable of blending with commercial diesel and as a refinery feedstock. Proof of concept has been established. Implementation of this technology can solve key socio-economic issues at grass root level. Despite several tries i am unable to attach more details on this portal but do give this idea a thought.

For self reliance and distribution of Energy procurement, Govt should allow solar power right trasfer (install Solar panel in village ) and they can sell to the grid, and urban citizens can buy the same as done in Solar Grid. As of now it's My Property, My Solar, My Grid. I want to propose Farmers Property, Farmers Solar, Govt Grid, Urban citizens pay to farmer to buy the units at a lower rate than Distribution company.. everyone wins farmer / Rural = Addition income Govt = less reliability on power purchase and capez Grid = Better load management and cheaper energy input Citizen = Lower paybper unit.
