contd. Currency & Trade Mechanisms, India and Russia already use rupee–ruble trade for oil. Extending this to fertilizers reduces exposure to dollar fluctuations and sanctions risks. This mechanism also lowers transaction costs and ensures smoother logistics. Joint Ventures & Technology Transfer, Russia could collaborate with Indian PSUs like IFFCO, Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF) to set up joint fertilizer plants in India. Technology transfer in ammonia synthesis and potash mining would reduce India’s long-term import dependence.

Honourable PM sir, Russia can help India offset fertilizer import disruptions from the Strait of Hormuz by rerouting supplies through alternative ports, leveraging its surplus fertilizer production, and offering long-term contracts in ruble or rupee trade to bypass dollar-linked volatility. This would reduce India’s dependence on Gulf routes and stabilize agricultural input costs. Supply Diversification: Russia is among the top 3 global fertilizer exporters (urea, potash, ammonia). It can redirect shipments via Baltic ports (St. Petersburg, Ust-Luga) or Black Sea routes, bypassing Hormuz entirely. India could increase imports from Russia to replace Gulf shortfalls. Energy-Linked Fertilizer Production, Fertilizer production depends on natural gas.Russia, with vast reserves, can offer stable feedstock supplies to India. Long-term contracts could ensure predictable pricing, shielding India from Middle East volatility.

Dear Shreeman Narendra Damodardas Modi Ji,
Suggestion:
Dear Shreeman Prime Minister Ji, You are the architect of Digital India, and inspired by your vision, I wish to make a humble request. While I strive to share your message in Telugu, I feel a great need for official platforms in all the southern parts of Bharat languages. I therefore request you to kindly consider launching dedicated ‘Narendra Modi’ YouTube channels in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. This will allow the people in the southern part of Bharat to hear your voice and understand your initiatives for a developed Bharat in their own mother tongues.
I have attached a formal Letter regarding the above.
Thank you so much Ji.
