This submission is made with a deep sense of responsibility and urgency regarding the deteriorating working conditions of teachers in numerous schools. What appears outwardly as routine academic functioning is, in reality, sustained by excessive physical strain, prolonged standing without even basic seating arrangements, continuous back-to-back teaching periods, and heavy administrative burdens that extend far beyond official school hours. Such conditions are not minor operational concerns — they represent a systemic issue affecting the dignity, mental stability, and physical health of educators.
It is deeply concerning that in several institutions teachers are expected to conduct multiple consecutive classes without adequate rest intervals and, in some cases, without access to a chair inside the classroom. Beyond classroom teaching, they are burdened with documentation, reporting, examination duties, event coordination, digital updates, parent communications, and compliance tasks that

Subject: Request to address the issues of (VB-G RAM G) MGNREGA Field Assistants & Rozgar Sevaks in the March 29 “Mann Ki Baat” program
Respected Sir,
I respectfully submit that I am working as a Field Assistant & Rozgar Sevak under (VB-G RAM G) MGNREGA in Telangana State, contributing at the grassroots level towards rural development.
In Telangana, around 7,600 Field Assistants & Rozgar Sevaks have been working for the past 18–19 years, performing key responsibilities such as work registration, planning, execution, supervision, attendance management, online data entry, reporting, and daily coordination. Despite these critical duties, we receive very low wages ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,120 per month, often with significant delays, causing severe financial hardship to our families.
Moreover, there is a huge disparity in wages across states. For the same nature of work, a Rozgar Sevak in Himachal Pradesh receives around

If we reduce usage of private vehicle in such war crisis in middle East Asia we save so much fuel like if india has 36 million of active petrol vehicle right now from which 30 million in active state, by imposing Work from home in private or gov. sector where possible lump sum 10 million petrol vehicle usage should be cut down, which directly reduce major part of our usage of petroleum in such crises.
