# State Budgets : Union Finance Ministry has a practice of meeting various industrial bodies to take their opinions concerns vision for their sector & country at large by conducting various get-together before budget presentation in Parliament. State Budgets can follow similar practice of pre-budget consultations with state industrial bodies & ministers & bureaucratic secretaries of various ministries. Not surprisingly State Finance Ministries can gather important feedback, opinions, vision & growth for the state through this pre-budget consultations. Sone states may be following this practice, but it is hardly seen in news paper reports regarding such consultations.

# Dynamic Taxation: Indian Railways has a unique ticket pricing mechanism called Dynamic Pricing when deciding the pricing of Tatkal & Premium Tatkal tickets. The pricing is done automatically as per seat availability to charge more from the urgent travellers who afford to pay little extra to attend urgent works. Similarly, when the country faces extreme exigencies which impact the economy like Pandemics, High inflation due to wars, Extreme Drought etc there should be a provision in the law of IT to tax extra from the Super Rich , Stock market investors DIIs FIIs Real Estate Businesses all other affluent classes of the society. The attached news paper report gives rough idea about what can be done in this area. Kindly look into the positive aspects of the report.

It is very bad in Tamil Nadu a minister spoke they are not saints they came to power only to make money by corrupt practices and misappropriation and mismanagement of his power as a assembly member The election commission must get his comment released in the press and ask explanation for his comment He must be disqualified from his assembly membership and ban from contesting in any election in anywhere in India. Like wise another minister challenges another party State head ban to enter his native district karur This is also a very serious matter The minister and the hooligans he maintains must be immediately arrested He also disqualified from his assembly membership and ban from contesting elections in his lifetime anywhere in India This must not be permitted in Democracy They were elected only to serve the people Not to involve in corrupt practices and criminal activities Already the Crime rate are going high these speech are not permitted

Pranaam Modiji, Through this letter, I am giving my sincere suggestion to you to speak on importance of saving our soil. We all know we are just an extended part of the soil on which we live. Proverb says, "You are what you eat".. But what you eat is just the nourishment of the mother soil. All the nutrients we get to stay alive is the blessing of mother Earth.. Poor soil leads to poor nutritional value. Today's fruits and vegetables already contain 90% fewer nutrients. But, we can see 52% of agricultural soil is already degraded. In 20 years, 40% less food is expected to be produced for 9.3 billion people. Sadhguru ji is taking up 30000 km solo bike ride to create awareness on importance of soil and 72 countries have already signed MoU and have shown commitment in rejuvenating the quality of soil.
