Respected Prime Minister, I think our Country needs a single and permanent PAY COMMISSION to regulate the remuneration of persons employed in the Country, irrespective of the organisation in which they are employed. At present different organisations are fixing pay of their employees as recommended by Pay commissions appointed exclusively for the organisation. Here comparison of work load, responsibility etc with similar employees in other organisations and in Govt. service is not taking place. Quasi- Governmental organisations, paying from their own funds, have the tendency to allow excessive salary to their employees just because they have good financial background. This situation compels the organisations to charge their consumers excessively, for maintaining their financial stability. If the Country is having a permanent PAY COMMISSION with constitutional powers, to regulate pay of all categories of employees including labourers, above mentioned difficulties could be avoided.

प्रधानमंत्री जी को प्रणाम प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं छत्तीसगढ़ राजनांदगांव ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से हूं मैं एक किसान हूं प्रधानमंत्री जी का ध्यान मैं इस और लाना चाहता हूं की हमारे द्वारा उगाए जाने वाले भोजन में दिन-ब-दिन पोषक तत्वों की कमी होती जा रही है और जिस मिट्टी में हम भोजन उगाते हैं उसकी उपजाऊ क्षमता कम होती जा रही है एक उपजाऊ मिट्टी में ऑर्गेनिक जैविक तत्व की मात्रा लगभग 3% से 6% तक होनी चाहिए परंतु मिट्टी में यह घटकर वर्तमान में 0.5% हो गई है। हमारे दादा के जमाने में जितनी उर्जा भोजन से प्राप्त होती थी अभी वर्तमान में भोजन में ऊर्जा का स्तर बहुत ही घट गया है हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी से बस यही निवेदन है की मिट्टी (जोकि जीवन का आधार है) एवं किसानों के लिए कानून और नियम लागू करें और साथ ही ईशा फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक सद्गुरु द्वारा मिट्टी बचाओ अभियान कॉन्शियस प्लानेट के रूप में चलाया जा रहा है कृपया आप इसे अपनी स्वीकृति दे। धन्यवाद #MannKiBaat #savesoil #consciousplanet

Sir,.. When I was 10 or 12 classes.. Years 2007.tab sir koi subidha nahi mila.. Study mei bohoti kam marks se pass out to ho gaye.. Par maan mai bohot sara duvidha hai.. Tab padhai thik se nahi ho payi to ab job nahi mil raha.. Na paisa kama paa rahe.. Or tab plan study hua.. Khuch kash line mei padhai nahi kia.. To koi help karne ke liye tab bhi nahi tha na ab hai.. To unsab inshano ka kya hoga.. Agar unke pass paisa nahi.. Haii... Kyase job milega.
