Dear Sir, To uplift the health of India I have some idea based on my experience of professional life. Like DIPLOMA ENGINEER there should be a medical course of DIPLOMA GENERAL PHYSICIAN who will take care of general disease like fever, cold & cough, Loose Motion, Dehydration...etc and medicine will suggest by them based on the symptoms. Further BLOOD & URINE TEST LABORATORY should be in all area with GOVT decided LAB Charges. These LAB should be synchronized with NATIONAL HEALTH PORTAL (NHP) and AADHAR CARD. Subsidy needed people will get Direct Transfer Benefit Scheme. NHP will analysis the data of patient and will recommend to the specialist doctor if required. In 5-6 years NHP will have almost 80% health data of INDIA which will support in policy making. Also people will not consume medicine directly from medical store as per shopkeeper advice.

When indian students returns back to china.why our government is not pressuring the china government. Students of medicine and other departments losing their hopes,confidence levels and practical life.it has been since 2.5years students not enter into offline classes. Government taking measures or leaving them for lost the lives.
