Venerable PM, We, B.Ed. and TET/CTET certificate holders, humbly seek your attention to a grievous injustice by NCTE. We adhered to NCTE 2018 guidelines and possessed B.Ed. degrees as it declared B.Ed. holders eligible for primary recruitment. However, NCTE's negligence to save its gazette led to an unfavorable SC verdict, deeming us ineligible in spite of passing TET. We've been denied opportunities, and our pleas have fallen on deaf ears as none of the ministers or NCTE officials have helped us. We suspect a conspiracy to marginalize us. We implore the government, NCTE, and the Ministry of Education to take decisive action to rectify this wrong. Inaction will render our certificates worthless. Pursuing D.El.Ed. now is an insurmountable financial and age-related hurdle for many. We beseech you to acknowledge our plight in 'Mann Ki Baat' and outline a roadmap to redress this injustice. With utmost sincerity, B.Ed. and TET Certificate Holders.

We have seen road incidents due to over speeding of vehicles. Following change can bring some help - all vehicle types 2/4/ heavy vehicle have max speed limit - like new expressway has highest of 120 Kmph. All vehicle should have speed governed set at max limit applicable - 120 kmph for 4 wheeler, if limit for any vehicle type is lower then cap at lower speed governor limit . This should be set by OEMs and RC should carry this max speed limit. In case any one wants permit with higher speed limit they should pay 100% additional road tax for every 10 kmph additional speed limit and RC will have new speed limit printed and accordingly speed governors installed. Revenue sharing do 50/50 between state and central govt for this additional road tax. Higher the speed limit set for vehicle higher the additional road tax. Also high penalty for over speeding as one cannot tamper speed governor and if anyone does steep penatlty.
