भारत सरकार द्वारा देश में राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण, राज्य में राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण और जनपदों में जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण बनाए है ताकि आपदाओ से नुक़सान ना हो, लेकिन इन प्राधिकरणों के पास कुशल मानव संसाधन का अभाव है । यदि ITBP, BRO, BSF, अर्ध सेना और सेना के सेवानिवृत ऐसे अधिकारियों और कार्मिकों को जो सेवानिवृति के उपरांत अपना आपदा प्रबंधन में योगदान देना चाहते हैं, का समूह बनाकर, इसमें नियत वेतन या जब आपदा आए तत्समय मानदेय देकर शामिल किया जाए तो हम सभी प्रकार की आपदाओ से निपटने में ज़्यादा सक्षम होंगे ।

So,our Ancient Temples are more important for Holiness. In some states only Hindu Temples are under the control of State Ministry comparing to others. Our Bharat Government also introduced Wakf board bill to streamline. I request you introduce New law with the approval of our Parliament Houses for saving the all Hindu Temples in India with Separate Ministry under Honourable PM. Namaste ji. In NEP, more Skilled courses and Trainings took place for the welfare of Students with special talents. Contributions of Technical persons is more important. Eventhough in Laboratories and Maintenance of Academic Institutions Technicians part is much needed. Teaching and Administrative staff are having more Promotional chances. Teaching will go to Senior Professor level from Asst.Professor. Non Teaching Administrative staff will go to Deputy Registrar from office Asst. But for Technical Staff are having ACP(Assured Career Promotion) in every 10 years with one scale which they Achieved already. I request Honourable PM and Honourable Finance Minister to consider the Technical staff for Improved Promotional scopes.
