RBI directions to Banking Institutions that no loans to be sanctioned for senior citizens say above 70 or 75 years is unjustified decision.. Needs urgent review. Senior citizens needs unqualified support from the government particularly when they are left to take care of themselves. GOI to come up with some guarantee scheme directly or through insurance sector. Denial of gold loans to senior citizens is totally unjustified when there is more than 100% security deposited. Please order review and revision. Recent instruction of RBI on gold loan renewal also needs urgent review and restoration of old procedure to ensure short term borrowers are not getting into the trap of money lenders and miseries.

R/Sir,
Recently news in media is seen about 24% raise in salary of MPs. Sir, most MPs not only have assets in Crores, but there assets are increasing substantially when we check the affidavits filed by them at the time of elections. It may be argued that they need facilities during the period to serve the people. Again they are eligible for pension after completing just one term of 5 years as MP/MLAs. Earlier there was a news in media that in many states Ex Chief Ministers, etc are given bungalows and other facilities for life. and as per unverified news in media many of them are getting pension as MLA as well as MP also.
In view of their assets which are increasing substantially every 5 years, it is suggested that no pension should be given to MPS and MLA. If need by amendment should be done in RP Act accordingly.

R/Sir,
Women empowerment is much talked subject. However in a society still working women has to take much responsibility to raise a family and take care of young infant child. In this respect I has suggested that working women should be allowed to take a break for say 5 years so that in most stressful years she can take care of her child. I am resubmitting the same for consideration once again.

Dear Sir, now a days unemployment is main problem therefore why not skill tusk were introduce in school. from class 1 a student should engage in different type of habit. such as clay design, art in wood bamboo metel cloth, fashion work, martial art, etc etc, in every field there are various self work needed. this work were private, no need of job opportunity from any vendor. if we target this small job from our childhood, then a child should develop their skill from early age. child skill should take care from school and it develop into matured person after class 12. not everyone going for doctor engginer or CA.
Sir, I think if we divert our thinking or habit then we have nice future. Thanking you.

R/Sir,
Recent cases of alleged cash haul in from outhouse of sitting judge residential bungalow and Bombay high court rejecting anticipatory bail in bribery case if Satara session judge case is most disturbing. This is culmination of wide spread corruption in society and now last pillar of democracy is seems to be affected. However to cleanse the system, in first place we should carry out cleansing of or legislative councils where almost 50% elected law makers have criminal cases against them and 30% have cases pending in courts for serious charges like murder, attempt to murder rape etc. 255th Law commission, ECI and many bodies have suggested changes in RP Act. To treat this cancer, much stricter action and changes are required now in RP Act. A few points are given in the attached document for consideration please.

I am writing to express my deep anguish and outrage over the horrifying incidents of rape, especially involving innocent victims as young as 3 months, 1.5 years, 2 years, or even elderly individuals aged 60 years. It is beyond comprehension how anyone could commit such heinous acts, particularly against such vulnerable and defenseless individuals.
Sir, I humbly urge the court to impose the strictest punishment, including the death penalty, for such offenders. These crimes not only shatter lives but also instill fear and insecurity in society.
As a parent of a young child who will soon turn one year old, I am deeply disturbed by these incidents. The thought of such atrocities fills me with fear and mistrust. Every time I come across such news on social media or in the news, it shakes my faith in humanity and leaves me terrified for the safety of my child and others.
I earnestly request you to take strict and immediate action to ensure justice for the victims and to create
