गाँव की सरपंची का चुनाव सिर्फ वही व्यक्ति लड़ पाए जिसने अपनी खेती से अलग 20 पेड़ सार्वजनिक जगह पर पाले हो जिसकी गवाही उसी गांव के कोई 30 व्यक्ति दे लिखित में । ये उसकी योग्यता के प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ ही लगाया जाना जरूरी हो इससे 2 लाभ होंगे एक तो हरियाली होगी दूसरा नामांकन कम होंगे सरकारी खर्च में भी बचत होगी। लागू करने से पहले 2 साल की समय सीमा निर्धारित करी जाए ताकि सभी को समय मिल जाये 🙏

To improve Panchayati Raj system :- one should go to the particular village and see from what problem they are going through . By this we can have detailed idea about their problems .

Panchayat karya mein aur jyada pardarshita laane ki aavashyakta hai...Gaaon ke log kayi kaaranon se shikayat nahi kar pate...isliye unki shikayato ko gupt rakhkar samsya ki jaanch karke samadhan nikala jaye...kayi gaaon ke log pareshani hote hue bhi adhikariyo ke pas nahi ja pate kyuki unhe Darr rehta rehta hai ki kahi unpar hi karywahi na ho jaye ya unhe Dara dhamka kar chup na kara diya jaye...shikayat ke liye ek alag hi website honi chahiye jisme sirf shikayat ho chahe kisi vibhag ki...prashashan us shikayat ko sambandhit vibhag ko jimmedari de aur samadhan ki samay Sima Tay kare...

India has beautiful system of decentralisation of administration to Panchyat and budget allocation fir development work. Is it working perfectly No is the answer why because it is highly corrupt system. unless all elected representatives is answerable to local people we cannot expect development. Answer to this. 1 Mapping of all streets and houses in the Panchyat 2. complete details the houses rented or owned and standard of living ( to plan Corp tax) 3 unless there is a rule book or guidelines how we can expect them to function. Govt should bring a functional guidelines 4 Regulations to monitor planed, executed and pending work reason for delay 5 Encourage the best maintained Panchyat and award them. 6. Full fledged office with computerised system all documentation is digitalisation connected to central server. so it is tamper proof. 7 Regular feedback taken for what is needed for the Panchyat so we know condition of each Panchyat. This helps in how it is developed every year.

To improve the panchayat raj we should have optimum eqpt n establishement in our panchayat such as to improve health there should be an open gym in a panchayat or a ward n there should be more sports faculty available to the youth. We should conduct awareness programme in every panchayat and ensure that every citizen should be aware of every policy implemented new or old. Thank u sir

Good evening sir I wish to share my opinion that to avoid water scarcity in future we have to take step by implementing rain water harvesting system in every locality means in every ward of a village and by providing awareness through tv and and poster we can make it success by constructing a water tank and giving connection from each and every house to that tank when the tank was filled the people in the village can utilize the water for agriculture purpose or for their personal need . tnq
