Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, let’s provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas on the PanchayatVision@2047.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs.

Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the Panchayati Raj System would be fulfilled.

महोदय, ग्रामीण वर्ग को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने बाबत भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त/जंगल राज मुक्त वातावरण को विकसित करने हेतु दोषी/सेवा में कमी करने वाले/भ्रष्टाचारी अधिकारियों/कर्मचारी वर्ग को अविलंब बर्खास्त करने की कार्यवाही किया जावे। इस बाबत नागरिकों को बिना पूर्व अनुमति रिकॉर्डिंग करने की अविलंब इजाजत प्राप्त होनी चाहिए, इस बाबत मध्य प्रदेश समेत संपूर्ण राज्यों तथा केन्द्र सरकार की ओर से शिकायत तथा रिकॉर्डिंग प्रमाण भेजने बाबत अविलंब व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया जाना भी आवश्यक है।

My dear Prime Minister, There is corruption in Panchayat level through opportunities and benefits given out to common man. If a political party is ruling they provide neither benefits nor opportunities to those belonging to other political ideologies. There should be a service satisfaction comment option in mygov platform with regard to all Panchayats. And there should also be options to attach files as proof so that none is accused of the deed they never do

Thank you for the opportunity Modiji! I am just a common villager living in the Beed District of Maharashtra. I propose an absolute decentralized waste management system, especially plastic waste management, for the villages. The crux of the proposal is to recycle/convert the post-consumer plastic waste, especially multilayered plastic, locally, and eventually build a circular economy for plastics at a rural level. The other way is to work in collaboration with the local gram panchayat to develop an effective and a sustainable end-to-end channel for a complete plastic waste management. Though we have the so-called PWM Rules – 2016 (amended in 2018), applicable to rural region (gram panchayats) as well, in place, it’s unfortunately a common practice in most of the villages in India to burn plastic waste inside homes, or dump it in the open. So, I propose development of machines/tools in collaboration with the gram panchayat that can be utilized to manage/recycle plastic waste locally.
