In SDG1- poverty elevatio and SDG4- quality education is an important aspect . poverty and education are interlinking eachother, education is the best possible tool to mitigate poverty specially at Village level.
Impact of pandemic and lockdown worsen the education structure of India specially the village students. Facilited them education centric tablets, mobile: special education wing organised at Panchayat level to monthly inspection on school and report Panchayat samiti and suggest fund allocation on budget for education where special attention needed. Monthly meeting held with all farmers with in Panchayat if necessary educated them for special drive such as fertilizer uses, irrigation method, cropping pattern and connect them with e-nam portal so they can sell their crop online without the help of tiring APMC method

Our respected PM,As a citizen i want to draw your attention towards our state Panchayat conditions of Tripura.People don't get all of the schemes benefit specially in ADC area . Although there is village committee at grass root level instead of PRI but those are politically motivated, tussle between State government and ADC government worsen the situation demand of separate Tripra land is far thinking then practically possible. As a consequence remote rural and tribal people totally outlined, now days government take good measure but the tussle worsen the implementation policy.
I hope central government take sou moto measure to implement all schrmes at grass root level which are necessary, more effectively and efficiently, people centreic.

Dear PM, It is not Panchyati Raj but Fauji Raj in 62 Cantonments even after 74 years of Independence despite 74th Amendment. Gandhiji promised that there would be no governance even by National Army in place of British Army. Uniformed Station Commander with 2nd Casting Vote is Ex-officio President of Cantonment Board accompanied by 50%Military/Official Members to turn down decision by 50% Elected Members rarely united in Public Interest. Roads Closures for Civilians despite SOP by MoD crushes

Panchayat serial acted by Raghubeer Yadav , Neena Gupta and a young Panchayat secretary very correctly presents the problem of Panchayat Raaj where lady is elected but husband works as Gram Pradhan. We need to do lot of work to remove job hurdles for young persons who find their posting in the village as curse and punishment because of total indiscipline and lack of basic facilities. Panchayat Raaj, needs lots of support from the system to encourage youngsters to join the village life and develop it.

All Panchayat must ask themselves quarterly y their schools ,hospitals, cleanliness was the worst & last choice or Hobson choice for citizens . Name shame the culprits & if possible get them punished
Next can they make these schools hospitals , infra the best in the district & 1st choice by default as is common in developed world. With such huge budget get it to perform better than Pvt . Extract work from govt Babus that ordinary honest citizen perform 24*7. Keep it spic ,span. Treat all people with respect. No more Gandy marji Gandy rule. If all panchayats perform , Indian village facilities would be best. They can and they must get tourists and world media to talk about them. Afterall Disney world Stanford Harvard all started in a village . Singapore /UAE developed green islands , deserts to world best. Can India do it.

Village Panchayat should be in a position to take their decisions of their local development of Electricity, Roads, Schools , Water and Farming and it’s sales management, housing and local judiciary . The fund allocation for development should be based on needs coming from villagers during their discussions . There should be a strict check and balance of funds to avoid misuse of funds.

Any politician promising freebies, should be asked the source of money in advance which can’t be Govt funding or Tax payers money. Govt is not responsible for false promises which has no budget or earning other than Govt . If you don’t stop , Kejariwal is going to create a cancer like disease in this country. All ready Punjab is on the lines of Bankrupt. Man is demanding 1 laks crore 😠😠

inspite of panchayat election or muncipal election it must be leave on MLA & state government & give 100 % responsibility & accountability.
it will be save money & reduce corruption need to be work on one nation election formula.
Also make mandatory for all registered parties must have minimum 50% candidate for state & central election else party is not capable & eligible for form govt where they can do coalition with one more party not more than one party pre or post election.
the definition of mandate is highest sit won where minimum eligibility is 33% sit of state or central election.
india is diversified country so 33% mandate should be minimum criteria inspite of 51% sit but highest sit party can only make government.
this will help to reduce corruption, cost & strong government form which will be not bound by small parties to take string decision.
Panchayat election may influence by power or money by few politicians if is handover to state it would be a game changer

One nation one election for state, assembly, rajya shabha, president
Artical 83(2) & artical 172 is our base for state & center election but government can exercise act 356 to dissolve state government to adjust the time of election
but I have one more idea where government doesn't need to disturb existing states
Government may announce & pass bill in lok shabha for one nation & one election where they can reduce time of election from 5 years to 4 years & next election would be 2028 . any state election after 2026 can be only 2 year election to adjust next election date 2024&2025 election may prepone & schedule in 2024
even Rajya shabha members also directly linked with same time inspite of fixed tenure to capture present sentiment of public in the state .
election month can be October & result must be announce by 15th November where government must be form by 25th November & 1st December for budget.
unsuccessful state or central election may go re election with in month.
