First local bodies should have a dedicated and hardworking people to achieve its goals. Corruption free administration should be there. A help Group to identify the real beneficiaries and help them to get the needed loans and other facilities. Improving the panchayats with proper hospital, schools, libraries, Shops should be provided. Local self help Groups should be identified and some Awards for best SH Group will encourage. Liquor free Panchayats will improve the local people life. An awareness on communal harmony and peace relationship with others. Quality Roads, Clean Drinking water, Electricity ( Solar energy), Sanitation facilities has to be provided. Local leaders should ensure Rain Water Harvesting system is properly implemented throughout the region. Monthly once public grievance redressal mechanism should be arranged and immediate action is taken on them. Mobile Hospital and Mobile Help Desk should be available.
