I. T. Return by EMPLOYER ?
TDS is responsibility of Employer.
For employees earning income above Rs. 1,20,000 but below Income Tax Exemption rate :
1). whether Govt may give ask employer to File I. T. Return , if employee has not filed or he may ask Employer to file his Return
2). Rs. 1000 minimum TAX should be deducted from each employee and if Income is not taxable - it may be deposited into his Pension A/c ?
Will increase tax base, sense of responsibility among citizens ?

Teachers should spend more time in classes. It will improve the qualities of education. More outdoor activities should be limited to few school teachers only.

Make basic diplamo cources mandatory in all the field and give the basic education in skill development in free of cost for very poor and also in less fee structure. In all the fields including agriculture, labours, etc. Invest in human. It will provide long term economic stability. And since India is very populated country, house keeping is damn necessary for swatch barath and healthy barath. And it's high time as human we should respect them and start invest in their healthy well being.

Then make the skill development mandatory and govt. Should help them to acquire that knowledge. It will help them to be self reliant than always being dependent on others. Including in agriculture a diploma course will help our farmers both men and women more confident and will be able to help in the development of our country. They will not commit suicide.

Sir, it is high time we should make the education and the quality of education compulsory in all the fields. Especially for poor people it should be more skill based. For construction workers, plumber, electrician, housekeeping, tailors etc. Should have done a diploma in their respective field. If we invest in human, the productivity and quality will increase. For these field maths, science, s.st is not required. Only basic knowledge till 10th STD is necessary. Continued....
