Mizoram has the highest cancer mortality rate. Use of smoke and smokeless tobacco is rampant all over the state, even in Govt. offices, including the Secretariat. Can something be done to strictly prohibit smoking and use of tobacco at least in Govt. offices?

Our country is having a good potential of geothermal energy. Some preliminary assessment is reported in government portals. Technology development to harness the energy is not reported. The technology development need to be entrusted to a government laboratory may be one of CSIR lab or similar to take full responsibility for the development. If require the designated lab may interact with IITs or institutes of excellence to get some of the development done. Cost component to be worked out too.

Every train has general compartments where the poor travel without reservations as they can afford only that- if you make those compartments AC - you will be touching a lot more people - and creating the perception of development reaching them - which will be very vote centric too . Every company which makes revenues above a certain limit- needs to adopt a district - and do development works and monitor it to ensure that it is followed through & they get a reduction in corporate tax

I don't want to start with it formal words just coming to the suggestions Because whatever efforts have been done are superb and we are seeing the result. To maintain or improve the air quality is biggest challenge for almost all the areas including rural /urban or mega cities: A) observations: 01. Road side debris 02.encroachment over footpath 03.dead bodies of animals 04.Discarded household materials B) Reasons: 01.incomplete work 02.used materials left at site(concrete items)

There should be a subject in every school on Ethics - to teach children not to give bribe- not to cut signals - not to rob govt things- and teach them how to be a national asset . There should be a advertising campaign about being BHARATIYA - about how we as hindus as a culture as bharatiya accept all other religions- and stay with each other and celebrate all festivals together

Sir we should prohibit use of crackers by anyone like others. Diwali or any other occasion the crackers should only be used by government in a regulated manner. In other countries at special places the government holds the cracker show. It will prevent pollution.

This will improve mental health of everyone. People would spend more as they would be willing to go outside, thus it will also be contributing towards growth of our economy through consumption. Right now, the working hours are worse than during the British times. Even British government brought two labour laws to put a limit on working hours.
