5. Sir, for local defence production, involve young talent from
colleges through placements. Start new govt ventures in this
field. Use MNREGA labours for the labour work. These will directly
increase employment, revenue of govt and export of the nation.
6. Sir, kindly review the distribution policy of the grains. Because
of the linkage in the system, India is behind poor countries in
Global Hunger Index. Remove APMCs and start purchase of
grains from farmers directly.

3. Sir, kindly announce the revival plan for BSNL. Because
the major point is there are 1.76 lakhs of families are dependent
on BSNL. Also, its notable that without any type of support from
govt, BSNL is performing very well and beating private companies.
4. Review the banking business of country instead of infusion
of capital. Banks which are totally loss makers, govt is providing
them free of money as capital. While the BSNL is can't getting
even the money of bills.

sir there is demand for D.El.Ed for primary level teaching. But for doing D.El.Ed some institutions ask teaching experience. If someone goes to any private school for apply himself or herself for teacher post ,then they ask D.El.Ed. Question is that how someone can apply himself for doing D.el.ed or at least getting experience of teaching from private institutions because its only going to benefit those who are teaching before 2014?
next is b.ed.
how a candidate can do B.ed without teaching experi

1. Sir, kindly launch Common Grievance Service (CGS)
at all India level with different methods. Like someone
can call, someone can right a letter, someone can mail etc.
And connect this portal to related and vigilance department.
So that the grievance can reach at appropriate level and the
action can be taken effectively.
2. Review the education system and syllabus as the syllabus
which is being taught is very old.

1. Under the ESI Act, 1948, for providing UNIVERSAL SOCIAL SECURITY in India, please consider to remove the threshold limit of 10 employees.
2. Also convert the 'wage ceiling' of Rs.21000 to 'Contribution ceiling' so that all workers of covered organized sector factories and establishment are within Social Security.
3. Make rule for reimbursements of 100% expenditures on treatment taken by ESI covered employee/beneficiary in case of accidents or life threatening emergencies in any hospital.

Sir, please make banks a safer place to park the hard earned money of the investors. Appreciate if you can enable to ensure the entire amount and not just one lakh in the banks.
You can enact laws for cooperative banks so that the netas are unable to fraud on the hard earned money of investors.
