Request you to implement periodic appraisal system for all government employees. Make them responsible, accountable for all work done by them, they shud be accountable for all documents signed by them, for decisions taken by them with respect to any job Conduct surprise audits, surprise visits by officers who are under your direct supervision. Today every persons opinion is Govt officers are corrupt. Every illegal, irregular work can be done by bribing govt officer. Lets make corrupt free India

I suggest, the very next day is Deepavali, we have to celebrate pollution free deepavali. As old age people and children are there, sound & dust of crackers are not good for health. This will help pollution free Deepavali. Only specific time, little cracker may allow. We celebrate Deepavali with lights, and free from all negative characteristics. Deepangalin oli.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी जैसा की हम सब जानते है। की भारतवर्ष में सिर्फ अटल जी को हम उनके अच्छे काम के लिए जानते है। पर अगर हम वर्तमान की बात करे तो आपसे अच्छा जन प्रतिनिधित्व कोई नहीं कर सकता है मैं अभिषेक पांडेय मेरी उम्र 18वर्ष है। मेरा उन लोगो से बात करने की कोशिश करता हूं। जो आपको नहीं पसंद करते है। और पूछता हूं कि क्यों ?( जैसा की विवेकानंद जी ने कहा है। की अपने में सुधार करना है तो उनके पास जाओ जो आपकी बुराई करते है।) लोग सिर्फ एक बात कहते है। बेरोजगारी तो कृपा कर बेरोजगारी के बारे कुछ कहे।
