We need to allow access to Government Departments, Corporations, access to talents directly from our elite Universities and Institutes. This has also been demanded by Ex-SBI Chairmen Mrs. Arundhati Bhattacharya and Ex-Reserve Bank Governor Mr. Raghu Ram Rajan.
Why should the Government not take benefit of services from our most brilliant work force. Joining Government Services on clearing government exam is outdated and belongs to nehruvian era. This needs to change.

I would like to suggest to the Honourable Prime Minister to initiate a system that every Commercial Print Advertisement should carry a logo of National Awareness Programs (Social Message) of at least 10- 15% of the said Advertisement...
eg:Swachh Bharath Abhiyan
Beti Bachao Beti Padao
Save Water... etc
It should be a part of the CSR for all the companies...

Every city/town generate lot sewage waste, especially human waste collected from septic tanks. This waste is collected by private tankers and invariably they are drained in canals, rivers, sea, lakes or waste land. Presently the ground water quality in all cities and towns has deteriorated due to this fact. Sir plz take measures to treat (purify) this waste prior to its draining. Treatment can be at the house owners' end, like bio-toilets or all sewage collected and treated centrally by govt.

Sub: New Roads:
Previously Municipal organisations(Eg: GHMC) used to dig damaged roads and lay the new ones to same level, but now they lay the new ones over old roads because of which Heights of the roads are increasing and Costing in addition for both Public and GHMC also. Like Because of increase in road height New Dividers are to be laid & Replacing the manhole covers to new roads and For public Pavements in front of house are to be leveled
This Can be a be Changed by adapting to old Methods

Waste management is a big task, all the countries are having now. Nowadays, waste formation is being inevitable as new technology come. But, do we have technologies to manage all the modern day wastes is a big question mark. To face this issue, we need to have more R&D in this field.Introducing specialised courses in our institutions, encouraging more student projects will help us to face this global issue. I wish you Modiji talk about the Government plans for the issue in your speech.Thank you
