Respected Prime minister I want to draw your attention towards an issue which is people cannot move out of their houses , as they don’t feel safe because of very dedicated and hardworking police and law and order ! The snatchers are increasing drastically. I believe that a strict law and order should be made in this direction! Police don’t even file FIR and try to shut the citizen off!! Especially in Delhi and outskirts ! People and their belongings are not safe!

Sir, I want to say something on privatisation. PSUs are generally in loss because the PSU employees have the mentality that their job is secure irrespective of their performance. So in due course more than 80% people stop working in PSUs. So I would like to request that instead of privatising loss making PSUs just change the policy of job security and also introduce performance related pay structure. Most employees work best with the fear of getting fired, so introduce the same in PSUs also.

Dear Sir, One request you to please bring some policy to manage and control for eRikshaw as this is driving by minor and very old people without any driving license or any control on number of eRikshaw on particular route which creates horrible traffic jam.there should be manadatory registration number and route permit to control numbers of eRikshaw and avoid traffic jam

police is still corrupt tat is because low level official do know how to interact with people and basics ethics and advancement should be taught to them. it is proved that by introducing ethics and humanity in IAS curricular the quality of officers increased and they are more dedicated . favoritism is still practiced because the officials are not thinking of country but still good officials exist . framework of police is unchanged since British made it they made it to rule INDIA not to serve.
