CALL FOR POVERTY..
Govt. has to hire land by making single storey private houses to multi storey and making apartments on govt. land. Hire unemployed engineers. Poor people as labour. Just give house to homeless (poor people) for free for a year. So that they are forced to find work. You can run govt. Companies by taking them as workers giving jobs to them. You can provide other facilities in these houses. So now cost of building will be taken out by taking rents from them at slow rate.

Loss to Nation on - Extra Fuel& time spent on HIghways due to Traffic Jam, Toll , Cuts.
My Jaipur- Delhi Highway experience : 30-40 minutes (total journey 4 hours) and 15%-20% of the time and also fuel cost.
Before investing on New Highway - Why can't we do below:
1). Highway Petrol Force at critical points = (10 locations *3 persons *Rs 13,500 per month * 3 shifts * 12 months) = Rs. 1.45 cr.
3). Time &money saved = Rs 200 per vehicle *10000 vehicles per day * 365 Days = Rs. 73 crores
