JOB SECURITY - GOVT PRIVATE SECTOR: Insecurity is most important driving force for living beings. Govt Jobs are shrinking & new recruitment in all sectors now does not give much security. Protection should be given to Employee who are weaker and dependent on powerful Employer. Statutory provision should be made for all sectors - where in 6 months period should be given to employee for leaving and searching for new job. However employee may leave even within 1 month. Pls Evaluate

Women and child safety continue to be top issues. The newspapers are full of molestation full of molestation and rape news because unfortunately, we are not willing to respect bodies of women and children or give them equal status. Men must be involved in housework, men must ask for consent before sex, men must learn to control their frustrations instead of unleashing horror on hapless babies, children and women.
