Recently a person developed an airplane at his home. But it took him 4 years to get flight clearance. In mann ki baat, please talk about a solution to this. We need to be able to get our innovations off the ground faster, without needing 50 years of clearance. Govt processes that take over 1 day should be re-examined. Popularise a new system and ask people to reach out with their innovations to some authority that will help them mobilize or discard their innovation. Let's not waste time.

instead of punishing heavy charges on traffic or any other sectors , it should be repaired at same time. I.e. if anyone is not having insurance of bike , collect nominal charge of insurance and so everyone will automatically get updated. heavy punishment leads to more corruption. inspection officer demands 500rs instead of 100rs..where punishment is 1000 instead of 200.

govt hospitals and their doctors may be made more accountable all over the country by linking their performance to their Apar.it should be rated based on their performance.if a surgeon is unable to perform zero surgeries then his increment may not be given.those who do more surgeries they may be given out of turn promotion.the parameter of promotion in government should be performance and not the time.talent may be suitably rewarded like private institutions

the apar of the officers of central govt and state govt should be included with the new initiative of plantation of trees in their office and their society or city .they should be asked to plant 10 trees in a year and the photographs should be attached with the apar.this will help the country to make their citizens more accountable and making a green country. In schools also the students may be given 10 th certificate only if they plant 20 trees in their entire study period.
