Dear Modiji,I feel amendment in election laws should have been given priority than CAB .We have seen backpull of some party leaders and some constituent parties to get plum portfolios . It is also needed to reduce election expenditure.Any action in this direction will have major impact on social and economic front in the near future. I believe in direct mandate for CM,PM and ministers for major portfolio and ward rep alone. Those who win more than three wards shall become MLA/MP.
