Kendriya Vidyalaya's are very popular in INDIA and most of the seats in that are reserved only for central/State/Defence/Govt employees only. If it is so, how a poor family can afford their children in private English medium school as government schools are not offering English medium at the primary level in Karnataka.

In USA, upto 12th standard it is completely free education whereas here there is no control over school education fees and donations to trust. Because 90% of top schools belong to politicians. Politicians won't allow English medium in state government schools whereas they can run English medium schools for their profits.

Child education fee should not come under 80C (How can you say that it is savings?). Child school fee should be deducted from the main source of income of a parent.

As the income tax slabs are common to all Indian citizens, Pension should provide based on the tax paid in their entire service and not on the cadre, private or government employee.
